Well at least they’re putting more momentum behind the one solid song on the album - though I would’ve capitalized on that momentum a long time ago and not now 5 months after the album has mostly faded from conscious - This’ll probably go to #1 but I doubt it stays for long
Taylor Swift’s “Opalite” music video will be released this Friday, February 6th.

What makes this even angrier (or sad depending on who you are) is this was on a soundtrack to a kids movie we were shown in health class as a middle schooler

I didn’t realize how toxic this lyric was as a kid but I’m old enough now to say why didn’t get this guy banned on release.
A 2001 Kid Rock song is going viral for its lyrics about underage girls.

Kid Rock is set to headline Turning Point USA's Super Bowl halftime show this weekend.

Not enough. Every single ICE and CBP agent should be out of Minnesota. The terror campaign must stop.

ICE must be abolished.

So as it turns out - I’m not gonna have to wait until this year’s AAA after all as while this sadly looks like it’s gonna get caught between years on AAA, this managed to scrape the extras on our country 2025 music rankdown in the bottom 10 once carryovers and 2026 higher songs we’re subtracted
And if this makes 2026’s it will be very high on my best list for pretty much the exact same reasons

Hahaha - yeah pretty sure that was me

Yeah I don’t feel bad that this guy pretty much bricked across the board once “One Of Them Girls” dropped, if you want a story of a legendary fall off of a country figure - Lee Brice sure is one of how someone can go from this to doing the Turning Point show
A while ago, someone recommended me to give "I Hope You're Happy Now" from Carly Pearce and Lee Brice a fresh listen.

I never loved that song when it became a hit, but I thought it was...fine. Solid, even.

And I haven't touched it since. I'm happy keeping it that way (thanks, Lee).

Yeah knew we would probably have a Harry number one but can we talk about Choosin Texas for a second at #2? That’s awesome to see and I am really here for this moment - Please let this get all the way to the summit, hell I wouldn’t mind this crossing over to more formats to do so.

If you told me 10 years ago the man who made Meow as well as its sequels Woof and Moo a few years later would have the #1 movie at box offices today - I wouldn’t say I would completely not believe you but I think I would still be shocked to some degree, anyway that’s nice.
This man is number 1 at the box office rn

Oh boy can’t wait for the snowflakes to complain about Nintendo going woke about this

Like Birdo,Vivian, Beauty Nova, the entire nature around Yoshis, Animal Crossing New Horizons and probably a billion other examples that I can’t think about off the top of my head right now don’t exist
Nintendo reveals that ‘Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream’ will include queer dating preferences.

Out April 16th.

Yeah I’ve never been more glad I left Tik Tok in the dust last year when I did … not sure why I didn’t have TikTok becoming the Fox News / OAN of the world on my bingo card but that really would’ve been the easiest bet to make. They really wasted no time turning it into a government owned social net
nuke tiktok off your phone, it needs your "transgender status" and to know if you have citizenship or not.

By who? Who shot the person dead? You saw the video. We all know a federal agent shot a man dead who was prone on the ground. Also, it's not "according to officials." It's according to verified video seen with your eyes. Not saying what anyone can obviously see with their eyes is a form of lying.

Pretty much where I stand on Aperture too - I’ll make this prediction now, this is gonna end up on either my best or my worst hits lists by the end of the year - I will be letting time take Aperture from here and let it decide what happens next January
I don't know if the Harry Styles song is good but it's certainly interesting, definitely far more interesting than I expected from Mr. Styles

AI is dying. Repost to make it die faster.
👀 | OpenAI is reportedly burning cash fast, with losses projected to reach $14B in 2026 and a possible cash shortfall by 2027.

Analysts say AI profitability was overestimated, as rising data center and inference costs could lead to a $207 BILLION industry shortfall by 2030.

Good - anyway I don’t know who needs to hear this but the global charts let a second AI song chart, and I Ran is still here - can we please deal with this problem please, we don’t need to legitimize AI music. Thank god we haven’t let either hit the US charts even though we almost did the first time.
