Heading to London for a week on Thursday. Had no idea until TODAY that a UK "ETA" was needed to be linked to my passport. An application and all of that process. New thing as of 2025. Thankfully, the application was approved within 10 minutes, and a major crisis at Logan was averted. Good grief.

This one *especially* hurt, because of the brutality of it. Stand By Me is one of my absolute favorite movies of all time. Misery contains some of my favorite performances of all time. Spinal Tap? Jesus. He was also hilarious in The Wolf of Wall Street and countless other roles. Thank you, sir.

The students were working on projects today, and I had a quiet Spotify mix on in the background. One of my kids requested 'Closing Time,' and specifically to be played at the end of class. I couldn't be more proud.

Scored some dirt cheap seats in the back for a night of laughs in Lake Winnipesaukee w/ best friend. Absolute powerhouse lineup: John Mulaney, Nick Kroll, Mike Birbiglia, and Fred Armisen.
Plus Jim Gaffigan earlier in 2026.
I have not seen nearly as many comedians as concerts. Making up for it.

I haven't had McDonald's hotcakes in about 10 years, and they were everything I wanted them to be as part of a big breakfast there. And sorry/not sorry for loving McDonald's breakfast.

I had the pleasure of hearing Chris Cornell's golden pipes three times live - twice with Soundgarden and the other with Temple of the Dog.
She definitely did his music justice with this cover and belted it the hell out in a higher octave.

I had the pleasure of hearing Chris Cornell's golden pipes three times live - twice with Soundgarden and the other with Temple of the Dog.
She definitely did his music justice with this cover and belted it the hell out in a higher octave.
