You’ll need hit 400+ in a flavor to unlock Level 3 effects, anything after doesn’t influence the donut more.

All right. so here are my thoughts on Inori. After watching the whole playthrough of the game(may have missed some stuff if I was skimming), I feel like she really only existed to just move Aegiomon's story. And with realizing that, I couldn't help to think. "So this is why people hated Meiko.
