I’m too impatient on waiting for the laptop to boot up that I couldn’t use this for every run recording. 🤣 I used to have a line graph for annual mileage though! I should look for it! (Next time I’m on 🤪) #runchat

I eat enough for training but it’s still not “nutritious” though every once in a while I do make an effort on eating “well for a runner”. I do highly recommend the cookbooks Run Fast Eat Slow. I’ve had great running workouts using those recipes! #runchat

Weekdays are tiring and I like to get off the phone early and rest in the evenings. Plus they are filled w/ fitness classes, book clubs, and if I’m lucky, I’ll make dinner! #runchat

Slowly add distance. Even if you feel fantastic in the moment, don’t go crazy by “keep going”. I really believe too much of that and you’ll burn out and/or get injured. #runchat

This year I plan on blogging more! ❣️ I loved it years ago and I do believe it makes a difference in my training as I reflect more on what works/doesn’t work, adds a motivation factor, and I can learn from others as well as help others. #runchat
