So glad my company has embraced remote work as the only work.

I said "no" to something today. Not because I didn't want to do it, but because I need to be kind to myself and being overcommitted is a stressor for me. It took a long time for me to work up the courage to say no to opportunities because I didn't want to let people down. For me, this is growth.
