I’m hourly, so I do get paid for the time! I try to remind my supervisor that I’m off at 5 and go into overtime at 5:30. (I’m supposed to have 7.5 hour days in theory, so OT only kicks in after 30 minutes.) It’s just kinda the nature of the job, but I wish there was a way around it.
