300+ craft breweries
1,268 US counties
…together—requiring 150 flights and 100s + 100s of nights away from home.
That’s a helluva first decade!

Had an impromptu breakfast with a buddy this morning, and decided we should do a quick hike afterwards. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Pima Canyon at South Mountain Park & Preserve. A major benefit of Phoenix life is that we were at the trailhead maybe 6 mins later. Nice to get outside!

We’re at the hospital early this rainy morning for a colonoscopy—luckily, for my wife and not me 😜 (though I’m due for a repeat soon). There’s little doubt that we’ll be stopping for a hearty breakfast on the drive home.

We sat outside to enjoy the nice weather and avoid having to find a good spot to lock our bikes (we need to upgrade these kickstands, they sink into rocks/dirt too easily).

Not a fan of these morning kickoffs—there’s no fun in getting up in the dark to tailgate. But at least it’s gorgeous 72° weather.

With the shutdown coming to a close and my travel restrictions lifted for now, we’re finally back to road trip planning. We’re using some expiring flight credits to explore this area in Georgia next month.
Any suggestions on stuff I should include on the itinerary?
