I’m still new to sous vide, but it seems analogous to the crock pot version of grilling, so that’s appealing. I have a buddy who swears by it, so I’m mostly following his lead. I’ve only used the vacuum sealer twice so far, but I’m bummed I didn’t get it years ago.
