Did I actually forget to post the Wizard City kids boards/designs from the new season?
From Fionna and Cake Season 2 Episode 1 - The Hare and the Sprout. Rough designs for older teen Cadebra and Blaine with some notes and inspirations. Rough design for timeskip young Peppermint Butler aka Pepper Mint aka Pep a few years older than he was in Wizard City. He's rife with teenage attitude and in his pastel goth phase. Storyboard panel of the WizArts trio in Simon's magic artifacts class. Pep heckles Simon. Blaine looks up from their manga. Four doves are perched on Cadebra and a bunny peeks out from her hair. "Mommies say hi". Pep carries a plushie of Timmy on his head, a gift from Marceline and Princess Bubblegum. Put in his place by his grandpa.

UPDATE:

So with the help of an awesome friend, I was able to take care of the Toon Boom Subscriptions. I’m keeping the original goal to instead have it be for necessities before my next pay day. Thank you all for the support so far!

It’s always so funny to me whenever I see the “I’m tired of this grandpa” clip from Holes being used as meme. Mainly because the context of these only makes sense if you’ve seen the love or have read the book (and technically it’s a MASSIVE spoiler if you really think about it)

Just because I'm the writer/director of TADC doesn't mean I deserve all the credit for everything. There MANY times when a board artist or an animator will come up with a detail or shot that elevate the themes/characterization in a way I didn't even think of, and I'm like "fuuuuuck that's genius..."
