Amazon continues to knock it out of the park with #Fallout. While I preferred Season 1 a tad more, this is still the best videogame-to-TV adaptation. One slight nitpick: I wish they tightened up some of Season 2's endings instead of Return of the King-style endings shown in the finale.

After finding Pikachu, Gandalf, and Bilbo mentioned in the #EpsteinFiles, I was relieved that some of my childhood heroes are still worthy.

Really enjoyed #WonderMan: the leads were fantastic, the writing was smart, and the world building was excellent. @paulsemel.bsky.social, @macpool.bsky.social, and @annoyedgamer.bsky.social disagreed (it's okay that they're wrong). This show is best suited for comics nerds, not mainstream MCU fans.

When I saw my childhood hero, Dean Takahashi, writing about submissions, I thought he was finally embarking on a career in professional wrestling. It was tremendously disappointing to learn that he will not be a sports entertainer (yet).

When I saw my childhood hero, Dean Takahashi, writing about submissions, I thought he was finally embarking on a career in professional wrestling. It was tremendously disappointing to learn that he will not be a sports entertainer (yet).
I really enjoyed #WonderMan It’s the most unique MCU show — very meta and a little weird (in a great way). Many of the scenes made me miss living in Los Angeles. As the last vestige of the old Marvel regime, I don’t expect to see uniquely creative shows like this for a long time.

Given how many icons of free improvisation #jazz they've both played with, it's inexplicable how "Duologues 5" is the first collaboration between sax master Ivo Perelman and master trumpeter Wadada Leo Smith. Here's my review of this duets collection.

Randomly getting back into #robotech — my favorite cartoon as a kid. Some of it seems silly and dated, but a lot of it holds up & it’s easy to see why it was massively influential to 80s nerds. It also makes me wonder how much the fandom would’ve grown if the franchise wasn’t plagued by legal issues

Need a laugh? Go watch #IsThisThingOn. The movie is well written, Bradley Cooper has grown as a director, and Will Arnett delivered a shockingly great performance. I've enjoyed his comedic roles, but had no idea he had this level of dramatic chops.
