Bingo. Farage gives them - and the media - vaguely plausible deniability for the mess they personally made.
Sky's Rob Powell asks Nigel Farage that, given Robert Jenrick is the 7th person to have served in Boris Johnson's government to defect to Reform, how can his party be "a new, reforming force" when it is "bringing in so many people who caused the mess that you're trying to clean up"

But he must still be held to account for what he is: a purveyor of child pornography.

Norwegian authorities stopped a Polish trucker with a car transporter loaded with new Teslas. (Oddly the new Euro 6 trucks they promised to get out of rail based delivery have all vanished)
When stopped in snowy conditions he was on worn out summer tyres. Truck imobilised.

Conservatives are out of ideas. Reform only have bad ones.

It’s the Liberal Democrats holding this government to account on the issues that matter.

Banbury’s library is moving into the Castle Quay shopping centre. The town-centre mall has several empty units, and recently also became the new HQ of Cherwell District Council, which owns it. Oxfordshire County Council says it will make for a “larger, more accessible, and modern library”.

Good news - The improvements to Oxford's bus services and roads can continue, as the High Court throws out a spurious legal challenge from the ORFOL group who wanted to return the city to congestion chaos.
🚨 BREAKING:
A legal bid to halt Oxford’s congestion charge has been turned down. The High Court today refused an application for judicial review by Open Roads For Oxford Ltd, which had raised £60,000 “from private donations, transfers from aligned funds, and our GoFundMe campaign” to bring the case.

The Lib Dems have been pushing for action on "fleecehold" - where owners of new build freehold properties have to pay a management company to maintain facilities like open spaces that councils would have looked after in the past. If this affects you, let the Government know your views.

Tonight, Labour-run Oxford City called an extraordinary council meeting - the first in at least 30 years - to discuss whether to cancel May’s elections.

The outcome of this democratic debate was….. councillors weren’t given a vote.

I wonder what Labour are frightened of?
Good evening! It’s Oxford City Council’s special meeting to discuss (but not actually decide…) whether to stage elections this year. Usually this wouldn’t be up for debate, of course, but the Government has raised the option given the impending local government reorganisation.
