Kissing cousins to a Creole-style (red) jambalaya and since jambalaya and paella are kissing cousins I don't think you could make me say no to a second helping. Should note I eat nearly everything once and almost all of that twice just to be sure.

Once woke up on the floor of my cousin's house in BFE England with my then 9 year old niece on my back. Pretty sure I fell asleep there watching cartoons with her earlier in the day but never could quite piece everything together. NOLA->UK via Omaha and I think Mozambique.
