Ross’s Year of Live Music™ or not, I wasn’t going to pass up an opportunity to see Bob Dylan again for a second time since last November. In awe of those arrangements. And this is definitely him in the illicit photos. I promise.

Another second appearance for Ross’s Year of Live Music™ with a headline show for Getdown Services after loving them at Edinburgh Psych Fest in August. This was a blast.

Couldn’t quite wrap my head around the fact I was watching a gig there. They were great.

Ross’s Year of Live Music™ arrived in London for a first gig at the Royal Albert Hall and a second Wet Leg of 2025 (bizarrely with it not the last either). Tight, punchy set from a band having fun filling that space and who just keep getting better and better.

I couldn’t not.

Added another today. I swear this one wasn’t intentional.

And the Nick Cave solo performance of The Mercy Seat (Idiot Prayer version) sequence might rank up there with my favourite of the year.

Haim provided Ross’s Year of Live Music™ with a Halloween — or Haim-lloween — spectacular. They put on one of the most purely enjoyable shows I’ve seen all year. Blistering stage presence and now firmly on my roster of bands to see again and again.

Can he be enticed out with Kettle Chips?
