This is especially ironic since DOI has used NEPA as a pretext to cancel previously approved offshore wind projects. 2/

And even if AI turns out to be as miraculous as its backers believe (which I am skeptical about), it will need all that electrotech that China is pioneering. On the current trajectory, it looks likely to be the winners in both fields.
