I guess I never really appreciated how much cowardice is baked into established institutional positions. From universities and law firms rolling over at the first sign of trouble to elected officials running rather than do their job. "Land of the brave" definitely comes with asterisk.

Most of those kinds of things but also a whole mini-museum of natural history objects (anybody need a spare raccoon skull? Never mind, I'm not parting with it.) Also I've relentlessly removed every obsolete cable in the house (well, at least on first floor), so there's that.

He wants us to believe that people fleeing across the deserts and jungles in flipflops with children on their backs are also dragging along a cow or two? Then somehow manage to insert their cows into the beef economy in a way that makes prices rise. The cows driving cars is actually more credible.
