I can’t get over how increasingly desperate and worried district judges are — they are doing all the right things — and how they’re being betrayed by appellate judges and a Supreme Court, both too cowardly to stand behind their decisions.

National media should really be covering the fact thay every major school, museum, and arts institution in the Twin Cities, and hundreds of local businesses are closed tomorrow to protest federal occupation.

The feds are treating black and brown people as if they have no constitutional rights, demanding citizens of color justify their presence in ways white people don’t have to and, in this case, smashing down a door without a warrant.

All of these new rulings don’t just affect today, they rewrite precedent. Trump still has three years left, and whatever expanded powers the Court hands him now will automatically pass to the next president as well.
