For most cases, X-Frame-Options on sensitive pages to prevent them being framed *at all* (or heavily limit the sites that are allowed to).
But yeah, there's no good easy answer if you do need those pages to be able to be framed for whatever reason.

I don't, but I did look at the code when you opened the issue and wow past me was definitely putting cleverness _way_ above readability unfortunately.
Good call on separating out the command generation from the "run or print?" debug logic too, the repetition wasn't great.
