Yes, his title included "out with woke." But his bigger point was this: "Just as it was for the Mamdani campaign, raging against the rigged, screwed-up, morally bankrupt system that gave us the cost of living crisis must be the centerpiece of every Democratic campaign in America.

With respect, the Carville piece was called "Out with Woke. In with Rage." It was a call for Democrats to "build a platform that helps us permanently uproot the Republican advantage in more rural regions. This can be done only with good old-fashioned economic populism, both in message and measure."

Well, in fairness it is routine for the FAA to declare a temporary flight restriction in situations like this. TFRs apply to all presidents. Aircraft can’t fly over the White House, either.
