This is a very no-frills video and it does need some gas-mark temperature conversion, but it's an absolutely bulletproof method for doing venison haunch.

We've cooked the fond down into gravy with some red wine and black cherries

Like Matalan and The Range, they exist in that weird black hole of background music that's somehow familiar but strangely cursed

Sadly too late, it was in a B&M 😅

Good luck out there

That being said, Wynne Jones herself asked that Ghibli leave Cardiff out of the film

Apparently his trips to Wales also led him to become familiar with Diana Wynn Jones's work and contributed to eventually making Howl's Moving Castle

Ha I did the Pimsleur Danish course a while back and it sounds like the content was almost identical! Minimum three hours of "Jeg forstår lidt dansk, men ikke så meget" 😅

I did really appreciate how they use backchaining to improve pronunciation though. More courses should do that imo

We use a Snow Peak Mokumo portable smoker. It's very minimal and wouldn't be good for a brisket or anything sizeable, but it has been perfect for fish, veg, cheeses and smaller cuts of meat

It's not too bad really, especially if you've ever made pasta before. You bake potatoes, mash them, then add a beaten egg, salt and flour to make a dough. Roll it into a sausage, cut 1cm chunks and boil them until they float. For the extra step, I smoked the cooked potatoes before mashing

It's super informal - we just alternate who cooks a two or three course dinner, but it's a lot of fun coming up with a menu

I did both 😅
Smoked the potatoes, made and boiled the gnocchi and then fried them in butter for a crispy edge.

I've somehow missed dirty gnocchi though, despite spending a lot of time in Cardiff Market. That's going straight on the list!

Yeh, that is admittedly helpful. The first message of just "why doesn't it work on a phone?" was not, nor was the condescending tone of your reply

Really sorry to read that mate. It's such a shit, strange, gnawing feeling

I love overflow clip, but I never knew these specifics! Its also very helpful when working with position sticky or scroll driven animations. The hidden value breaks position sticky and scroll driven animations that are set on children but the clip value does not
