Now how did I know in my feed which contains posts from other countries like UK and Canada and Ukraine and others... THIS post was definitely from the USA? The only rich "first world" country without healthcare for all. Where our gov. is even now trying to kill more of us by limiting healthcare.

@rnagainstdickpics.bsky.social in 80’s-90’s i put together a daily meal and treated 200+ a day in orange groves in Chandler AZ with a $30,000 grant from Marshal Foundation plus our own $$ to get there daily no pay for us. It just takes the will to do it.
