Yeah. It has gone from “I think the transcript is missing.” to “Wait, did you not get a transcript when you presented it to the GJ?” to “WAIT, did you not even present it to the grand jury??”

Ah, but a skilled prosecutor could indict a ha… wait, no that’s not applicable either.

The midsapprehension about Dems’ willingness suffer other losses to bring out what’s in the Epstein files continues apace. “But Bill Clinton!” Who cares? “But some other rich dude!” Who cares? “But these texts!” Puh-lease.

Oh, guess I should’ve read the first paragraph of the opinion (and Heraclitus) before commenting!

Feels like Meta really benefited from dragging this out. It’s pretty recent that people thought if YouTube as social networking rather than video entertainment.

I mean, not really. It's not that it's illegal because there's a law saying it's illegal. It's that there's no use for a firearm that requires it not having a serial number except to commit crimes (other crimes besides not having a serial number).

The problem with the word “liberal” is that it has been used by people on every point on the political spectrum to refer, at one point or another, to almost every point on the political spectrum.

Seriously? For good? I've got to imagine they're planning to put it somewhere!

(And I have no idea where that errant question mark came from. Autocorrect and my own fat fingers are trying to get me canceled!) 🙃

“Trump accepted the gifts on behalf of his presidential library, making them legal, White House officials say.”

That’s what they said about the 747 too. I think this is their line on all these gifts, right? And it’s BS. That doesn’t actually make it legal, does it?
November 16, 2025 at 2:46 PM
Oh god yes. 100% sarcastic, referring to the vile NYTimes “Did Women Ruin the Workplace” piece from last week. ?

“Did Women Ruin New York?”

He was basically the latter in Billions, right? But they did have a character calling him “the best f*cking lawyer in the world, or whatever.”
November 15, 2025 at 7:50 PM
Excellent! Did you know the whole thing used to be black (from the pollution)? They sandblasted it back to its original color sometime in the 80s or 90s. Growing up, we called it “the big black library.”

I don’t know. Is there an encyclical somewhere about whether papal infallibility includes grammar?
