I’ve stopped buying eggs. We used to eat eggs almost daily. Now we’ve turned to eating the layer.

Be light in this darkness. Be truth to power. Be compassion in this chaos. Be peace in this war. Be calm before rage. Be light.

Remember when these sort of platforms brokered peace. These spaces once brokered change. We can change this trajectory.

We really are people. We really are not alone.

Diversity is strength. Equity is courage. Inclusion is love. DEI is peace. This is why they seek to eliminate it. They fear our strength. They fear our courage. They fear our love. They fear peace.

This is the time to be together. We can build healthy relationships that bind us together.

We must organize. We must resist fear. We must live. Self-care is rebellion. Love is radical. Togetherness is the only way to resist the drunken rage of fascist power.

We must stay connected to each other. We must challenge the narrative of fear with songs of joy & acts of love. We must care for each other. We must connect locally, face to face.

The current administration seeks to isolate people. American Fascists run on fear. They desire to swirl uncertainty so they may rule.

You are not alone!

Is enough when it’s all ashes? You’ll govern what then?

I do not work with kids. I plan on it as my kids age. I do offer tea to my patients.
