As an adult I do have markers that signal that I’m rich. A garage fridge full of drinks is one. I feel so fucking fancy in this luxury.

A human I greatly admire is Mr. Fred Rogers. I’ve adopted parts of his ritual to welcome my patients & myself into my office.
This Godzilla cardigan is one of them. I also keep a pair slip-on & a pair of lace Vans in my office as part of the ritual.
I use wonder statements & affirm them always.

This was the start of that blizzard from last weekend. It gave our kids another week off of school (after a 2 week break).

It’s December and I am 4 or 5 weeks into this swim training and I hit 1,000 yards in a workout!!!
I am so very excited. When I began this was my first big target. I am here.
One day I’m endeavoring to complete 70 lengths, 35 laps, or one mile in one workout and then do it 4-5 times a week.
