Seasonal depression started beginning of last month. Not scheduled to end until sometime next Spring.

Is what it is.

The highlights? I do spend time with close friends and will visit my child next week.

I really need to hunker down and mint that new cyrptocurrency I've been wanting to. It'll let all creators finally be paid accordingly.

It's called.... ExposureCoin. Now everyone can be paid with Exposure!

I have a PS5 Pro. It crashes anytime I play a PS5 game. I've yet to have time to get it sent in.

M4 Mac Mini with 32G of ram. Well above the minimal requirements.

Throughout development though, they advertised Mac support but treated it like an after thought.

I'd probably try it again if it'd stop crashing randomly on me.

It's yet to work right since release.

There are also some in there that insult those that use #Bootstrap instead of #Tailwind. And many other similar back and forth.

Must use #React/#Vue/etc and pure is not viable.

Ugh. None are hirable.

I'm calling out only those that believe this way that seem to love hanging out on r/WebDev and insult/downvote everyone who doesn't share their beliefs.

There are a few that do understand that NPM isn't the only way, they just prefer using it.

"You must be doing simple sites. No serious web developer doesn't use NPM."

"I'm actually building enterprise applications in restrictive environments and must consider attack vectors into the app. NPM introduces far too many of them to be considered."

"Without NPM? Impossible!"

I've joked with my client about it:

"You have a habit of bringing me into meeting with no warning nor idea of what is going on and saying 'Here's <x>, we're doing <y>. It's your meeting now."

or

"I have no idea what that is. <x>, it's your task now."

You're the kind of person I LOVE having on my team.

I'm the one they go to when..

1) Someone fucked up.
2) Someone needs something done with unknown requirements.
3) No one else has any idea what is needed or going on.

"Oh. We decided to wait for you to call us instead. Well, your address is prone to fraud so we disabled the account."

"This is an apartment building."

"Oh. Well, it's well known for fraud but we'll remove the block."

I keep my trusted artists in my phone and ask for recommendations from time to time.

I prefer to pay them for work. They’re good people.

Regardless of if I agree on your posts or not (some I did, some I didn't), I still preferred reading them as it gave me more perspective on matters I don't usually seek out.

Regular cheeseburger? Bacon cheeseburger? Jalapeño's on it? What kind of cheese? Veggies?

The world wants to know!

.... I guess they've never heard the phrase "don't write a message you wouldn't feel comfortable hearing read aloud in front of a judge."

I do like that last question about stopping posting such comments. Call the assholes out.
