I had some puff pastry to use up after making sausage rolls for a party, so I used it to wrap up some salmon filets for dinner. Yoghurt sauce not shown. 🍜🍽️

Anyway, the strand of freshly chomped barley grass definitely elevates the water bowl.

Dutch baby breakfast for the win! This one gained good height and colour, I think, and has a delicious topping of diced Polish sausage (Krucha z galaretką), diced cheddar, and green onion. 🍽️🍜

The lighting makes this sauce look a lot orangier than it was on the table, but here is a pan of Kefta mkaouara simmering away. Just need to let the egg whites cook a bit more.

Ever since I learned the fast, no fuss, darn near foolproof way to make a small batch of hollandaise, eggs benedict has become an easy option, limited only by my arteries.

This uses up the last of the sage and cheddar biscuits very nicely. 🍜🍽️🍳🥚

Soup Week, day 6: Borsch(t).

I have several different recipes for this, depending on how it's to be eaten. I even have a golden version. This one uses beef broth but no pieces of meat.
