very strange year for me, reading-wise. I had some sort of autism-related language shutdown* last spring that made it hard for me to read/write as much as usual, so I relied a *lot* on re-reads (normal for me) and on audiobooks (not normal).

I have nothing against furries, I'm glad they have their own space here too, but it is a bit of a surprise if you're scrolling that feed in the morning! If you search "dogs of Bluesky" and click feeds, the last feed on the list filters art out and gives us only photos of our cute pals (this one):

I know that dogs express happiness differently than humans, but here are some pics where it seems like Buut-Buut* is "smiling" (which is largely an illusion created by his little mouth being dirty all the time)
