i think the hardest part for me about the psychosis we experience is having all this shame from it. oftentimes i have no idea what we did or said during an episode and that scares me but the shame is worse. i wish i didnt grow up with people who moralized mental illness

temps were -1 degrees, 15mph winds, and since i went to bed early because i had no money i was in my tent at 8pm with 28mph gusts.
i was in this weather for over 12 hours, sleeping about half of the time. if i extended my feet the frozen moisture at the end of my tent would freeze my feet
