Costs of gender-affirming surgery are so pish. I just sent a mail to the clinic basically just saying “erm how much will I have to pay?”. The answer is a lot, the 20k€ a lot. My best option basically comes down to taking out a loan for it and ugh 😭😭

@riley.social AltStore PAL issue: my phone offloaded Delta and no big deal, i can just load it once again, but… it was going so slow that i figured id be better of reinstalling it altogether, however after removing the app.. altstore doesnt detect that i did that and it still thinks i have the app??
