As an outsider looking in, USA what the hell is going on? Why is that man still the president after all he’s done? Why don’t the Democrats appear to be doing anything to fight him? How is fascism SO EASILY taking over ‘the land of the free’ under so many people’s noses with seemingly no resistance?

I did assume I would live to see the fall of the American Empire one day, but I thought there was at least a few more decades in it.

So how will that leave the Republican Party? Will they need to spend generations defending the time they participated in making the US a rogue fascist state? And will Democrats need to defend how they let this happen?
