Unsure about the rest of the world, but this is not common at all in the US! We typically just use "heart" for both the shape meaning affection and the anatomical organ. And the candy that other countries referred to as "love hearts" are called "conversation hearts" here as far as I know

Idk if this will be helpful, but sometimes manufacturers have more than one program or way to help. I know another call about this is more potential difficulty, but it may be worth an ask as to whether they've got other assistance for folks in this exact situation!
