Four Republicans just voted for a 3-year extension of ACA -- a huge achievement -- and a dozen or more are advocating at least a 2-year extension in the House. The momentum is with us but Fetterman as usual is giving up. Here is a challenge to him to do his job.

With how disgustingly and nakedly partisan this Court has become, any Democrat in or running for federal office must be willing to say how SCOTUS needs significantly reformed.
Breaking news: The Supreme Court appeared poised to allow President Trump to fire a leader of the FTC, a ruling that could limit or overturn a 90-year-old precedent that curbs executive power to dismiss the heads of agencies set up to be independent.
Supreme Court poised to expand Trump’s power over independent agencies
A ruling in favor of Trump’s position has been expected by legal experts because the justices have been chipping away at a precedent known as Humphrey’s Executor.

Great time and outstanding turnout tonight in support of @jenforpa.bsky.social!

Jen will be an incredible advocate for working people in the South hills, and I’m pumped to hit the ground running to help send her to Harrisburg!

A $539 per month increase for our household next year and a similar increase for millions more. Brought to you by the people who pledged to bring down costs. #SinglePayerNow
Affordable Care Act subsidies that help millions of Americans pay for health insurance will expire in less than a month.

Households will probably face spiking insurance costs next year if a bipartisan deal can’t be reached.
Health insurance costs could spike, as bipartisan ACA deal looks less likely
With a ticking clock and no clear bipartisan path forward, extending the Affordable Care Act subsidies is becoming more challenging.

You’d be hard pressed to find one bit of progress Dormont has made over the last 8 years that Jen hasn’t played some role in. I’ve been proud to serve with her on Borough Council, and whole heatedly endorse her for HD42!

Let’s get her to Harrisburg!

BREAKING: We won!

Today the 3rd Circuit Court ordered the @post-gazette.com to restore our contract it illegally tore up 5 years ago. That’s our health care, PTO, right to a 40-hr. work week, short-term disability and so much more we’ve struck for 3+ years.

Any “deal” that ends with Dems just getting a pinky promise in return is a mistake.

The American people are suffering because Republicans refuse to stop healthcare costs from skyrocketing. An agreement that doesn’t fix that reality falls massively short.

Yes, Mr. President: You’re right. We do have “the worst health care” of any major country.

Despite spending twice as much per capita, we are the only major country not to guarantee health care to all as a human right.

The solution: Medicare for All.
