I strongly suspect Starmer is testing the water. He has to somehow reverse direction down the blind alley Brexit has led him down. The question is ... is he so far down that there is no turning?

Yeah. I am very much on the verge of just blocking people who say "meh, the rule of law no longer matters" or "they're just going to do what they want" etc.
They can try, but accepting it as given, means giving up.

A myth I spent a lot of time debunking was just retold in a law review article with a "but see" cite to my work. I'm delighted to be cited but I don't understand, why pick a myth to support a claim when there are plenty of accurate examples?
