the bad shape our carpet is in. So I broke the job into 7 parts since the room is the full length of our home. Did 1 part today. Vacuum & large carpet cleaner with solution. My #ME/CFS battery was nearly out. Went to bed. The nap actually helped to restore me in time to watch Blue Jays game!

My fav type of artwork to do these days is intuitive doodles: spontaneous drawings that grow from pen to paper without a plan.
Circles, colors, & patterns that emerge quieting my mind.
Sometimes, I become deeply meditative while drawing. (See more here www.instagram.com/rosaliegarde/)

My new activity to help conquer my zombie-fatigue after rising #ME/CFS. Enjoy my coffee with my feet on my Dr. Ho Motionciser for 20 min or so. The idea is to get my circulation going passively. I do deep breathing too. Will it keep me alert all day? I doubt it, but this is an easy task.

I didn't have Covid but lots of post nasal drip and doctor gave me (I think it's called) Ryaltris. I also saw something that showed lay in this position on yoga ball or a chair to help. Lungs are in the back (I didn't realize that LOL) and this may help.

Closeup of bloom.

I am using living mulch in areas. Yes, I know I have to control it. Here you'll see Bugleweed (Ajuga reptans). It fills in space tightly, shading the soil and reducing weed growth.

Semi-evergreen in Ontario.

Pollinator-friendly when it sends up blue flower spikes in spring.

This nasty needs digging up soon. When did he appear? I can put it in my region's yard waste bin. They do high heat composting, allegedly. Better than putting it into the trash, and it is not making it into my #Composter! Most likely Bull Thistle (Cirsium vulgare). #Garden #gardening

I love to use AI to identify what is in my garden. Often, it is incorrect, so I check with a 2nd AI tool. This is Obedient Plant (Physostegia virginiana), also called False Dragonhead. 🌿#Garden #Gardening Southern Ontario, Canada

Did I show this pathway yet? I'm standing on a path taking the photo and the Black Eyed Susans, Fleabane, and Hollyhocks are a little raised in the rock garden. #Garden #BloomScrolling #Gardening #Nature
