This isn’t about whether Patel’s girlfriend should have taxpayer-funded security. The question is: who is making sure this is a legitimate use of resources?
November 24, 2025 at 10:01 PM

According to reporting, Director Kash Patel ordered SWAT agents to accompany his girlfriend to public events, including the NRA convention, and later berated the team for leaving after determining there was no threat.

The power to pardon was meant to serve mercy and justice, not political protection. If we don’t hold leaders accountable for abusing it, we’re teaching every president to do the same. It’s time to demand real consequences.

When asked about the Binance cryptocurrency executive he pardoned, Trump said, “I don’t know who he is.” He’s issuing pardons so casually that he can’t even name who’s benefiting from them.

When law enforcement is used as a tool for political retribution, it hurts all of us. We lose trust in those who are supposed to protect us, agents become afraid to speak up, and unethical or illegal behavior becomes the norm.
