Yes, I believe these are great suggestions. As Elias points out they would be enacted at the state level. That’s the Gov, State Senators & State Reps.- not the federal reps tagged here
I have signed onto a series of federal bills & the John Lewis Voting rights Act to mirror this at the federal level

There is still important work to be done and I am grateful for organizations like @sandyhookpromise.bsky.social & CT partnerships who have been vital to strengthening school safety.
