When I see some of the members of ICE, I'm reminded of when the company I worked for had massive layoffs. We had 2 HR reps at the time and they made the junior of the 2 do every single individual layoff meeting. Ppl she'd work w/for yrs. And when she was finally done, the other HR rep laid HER off.

What exactly is wrong with people who insist on seeing candidates in person and act like the information isn't EVERYWHERE? Their websites, their interviews on various tv shows...social media posts...you have to TRY HARD to be ignorant these days.
