I was like during Assad's time in Damascus; only Iranian, Hezbollah, Iraqi Shiite, and Houthi TV channels were available, and the PYD/YPG/SDF channel was one of them.

Info is everyw when you're on the ground, I love - especially - these totally unexpected gems of information.

I took some pictures of it.

I told the man: don't worry, I like to see Ronahi TV.

I watched it for about half an hour or so: it was Öcalan, Öcalan, Öcalan...

Wow. Saudi Al-Arabiya reports via Israeli media - ידיעות אחרונות - that Israeli aircraft flew via Quneitra/Mount Hermon to West Damascus, then to Homs and Hama, Latakia and Idlib countryside..

Israel is obviously escalating.

Syria is done with Israel.

Iraq is building a security wall along its border with Syria; about 400 km of the 615 km of the wall is complete.

Turkey did this too, 10 years ago.

I remember driving from Amouda to Hasaka City six years ago. Two helicopters flew from that Kawkab hill towards Hasaka.
The Americans have been present next to the Assad regime (and even Iranian and Hezbollah positions) for years.

With background and all, excellent work @enabbaladi

How are you going to integrate these former regime military incl high ranking - who obviously haven't reconciled - into an army of people they've been trying to kill for 14 years?

Tell me.

We, @sophiefullerton.bsky.social and I, also received quite some information on this topic.

Lots of interesting details here by @enabbaladi.bsky.social 👇
Mind-blowing.

In Quneya, Idlib, the Franciscans are rebuilding a school. "This is the first school to return to us in 60 years."

"We used to have 20 students,.. now there are 80, and the number continues to grow.
It will be a model school, where children from kindergarten onwards will learn French and English."

The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs is distributing a fabricated announcement. It shows me what kind of Syrians they're (primarily) talking to.

A question for the Syrian Minister of Health: How is your health?
"Health is great as long as there is exercise."

(Agree!!)

So this former Assad regime general was also a Mossad double agent and was amateurish enough to take a picture of himself in Vienna. I find that fascinating.

It also shows how deeply even Israel was involved with the (pro-Iran, pro-Hezbollah) Assad regime.
