Tonight’s dinner RTE Crispy Oven Baked Quesadillas with sour cream & Pico de gallo. No guac because the avo’s were shit, I hate Shepard season, but we had some left over spicy sauce from the other nights koftas so waste not want not 🤷‍♀️ #WhatsCooking

While everyone is on the subject of cook books and recipes… I’m going to shout out this wonderful little book I found the other week. Simple recipes that use what’s in season and help to avoid food waste.
