Hiya! I'm reky, and welcome to my channel.

I've had this overwhelming guilt of having to talk to people in the past because I got scared and afraid of abandonment only now realizing it was just part of my OCD. And it just makes me feel bad. I'm sorry to anyone who's had to experience this.

I got diagnosed with relational ocd, we knew i had ocd but we didn't and couldn't pinpoint it, but the compulsions i had really came up during therapy and it just got confirmed.
We're going to be working towards it. It explains.. a lot about myself and things that have just been going on
