Incidentally, in Chicago it was ICE/CBP doing the gassing at abductions, not the Police, and there have been legal actions over their use of gas. Since your local cops were doing this crap, fingerprints like may not be as big of a concern. (Then again, maybe someone can sue your PD over this)
