I'd like to go for a little night drive with someone. Barren streets in the dark with good music and pleasant company always sets me in the right mood. Guess I'm just feeling more lonely than usual tonight.

For Arc Raiders to ride the wave of human sociability all the way to the bank, while also being so contemptuous of the thing that makes us social animals in its own workflow demonstrates a lack of artistic integrity that I find impossible to ignore.

Not to be the fun police but I do hope people know that Arc Raiders does use generative AI for voice acting, and by supporting the game you're letting higher-ups know that this is an okay practice.
They try to downplay this on the Steam store page by describing the AI usage as vaguely as possible.

Curious observation is that it's almost exclusively the Mac people at work that are the ones who use AI slop everywhere all the time and never stop talking about it.
