I'm a speech therapist at an elementary school. Teachers have walked into my room while I was doing that and it was slightly embarrassing

I'm a big fan of laying down in the middle of my rug with the lights off and staring at the ceiling for 30 minutes.

This is the same landlord that tried to shoot the raccoons in the attic with a pellet gun so I shouldn't be surprised by this behavior honestly
