Zelda and Metroid are on the same spectrum. The thing is, Metroid Prime was like if a game was all Zelda dungeons that connected to each other, while Metroid Prime 4 explicitly has a Hyrule-field-like empty overworld where each biome is completely disconnected from each other

Oh god. One of the reviews said that they missed old the 3D Zelda formula that was abandoned in BotW and TotK, but that it's alive and well in Metroid Prime 4. The monkey's paw has curled…

It's also been confirmed that the bike is used exclusively to explore the big empty desert overworld

On one hand, I understand that they feel pigeonholed into supporting amiibo even if they don't want to. On the other hand, why bother supporting those amiibo at all!?

I thought the worst case scenario was 25% of the game was filled with chatter, but you're telling me it's pushing ***50%!?***

The chest cold I had when I made this post is mostly gone now, but I've recontracted the sinus and throat cold that I had two weeks ago. Two steps forward, one step back.
