Since when did places like “McNeese” and “Troy” drop the “State” from their names? What gives here? Is there a trend of regional state universities trying to fool people into thinking they’re aren’t state universities? It’s bullshit. (I see you too, NEBRASKA Omaha…)

Nebraska-Omaha continuing its pipeline to Quebec, with late '06 Right Winger Vincent Desjardins. No indication of what year he's expected, but noteworthy that Blainville's season ended Monday. The theory is that CHL players with eligibility would announce only after their current season is done.
