I try not to buy books and rely on libraries only, but I'm going to add this to my borrowing practice. 📚
A habit I started many years ago that I would heartily recommend to anyone is this: any time I buy a novel or nonfiction book at a book store, I ask the staff to recommend a poetry book to also buy, preferably by a member of a marginalized community. I can’t tell you how much it’s enriched my life.
