I expected TC0040IOC was made from a different GA manufacturer than newer 220IOC, but I see it's the same: Ricoh 5GH series I'm interested in taking a look on them, because those two chips fail very often and a suitable replacement would be great to achieve

It’s still on a prototype stage. I need to resume the project and rearrange and rebuild the PCB to make the installation easier and with less wires around. After that, I’ll probably put it for sale in a DIY kit

Output video is generated as a anamorphic video signal that could be stretched using CRT picture size controls to maintain the original aspect ratio (8:3) into a common 4:3 monitor.
