Starting a new feed on something like bsky or digg is actually hard because of the lack of recommendations. Not that I want more algo-recs, it's just concerning that it's even hard. We've been conditioned to not know what we want anymore.

People forget that “history is written by the victors” does not stop applying when we stop looking at history. Maybe words poorly, but effectively we can also say “news is written by the victors” and at the societal level, (perceived) reality. In present day. Right now.

I genuinely believe Musk and Russia hacked voting machines and interfered left and right and the sole undercover purpose of DOGE is destroy as many records as possible (and also sell out the future of the country, of course)
