Super excited to finally play it when it drops this month. I backed it on Kickstarter around six years ago!

I know when I see "Taylor Swift" trending, my immediate goal is to shop for onlyfans content from people whose genitals I didn't consent to see.

Have you seen GearGrit? I've seen some youtubers cover it and compare it to Jak and Daxter (more Jak 2 onwards since there is a gun aspect)

The mound part is especially compelling
I can picture levels where the hole is locked in place but you have to use the mound to navigate objects to the hole.
Throw in some environmental hazards like lava, landmines that damage the shape of the mound, fragile objects to carefully guide, etc

Will you be talking about El Shaddai? 👀
I can't make the show but would love to watch a recording or read any write-ups after

Educating oneself and getting involved is the ideal scenario, always. But in traveling through the US, it feels like there is a substantial lack of historical knowledge beyond surface level 'good guys/bad guys' assessments. And even that is subject to misinformation and propaganda.

To me, it read like you were emphasizing the importance of the real world historical context that leads to stories like Andor
But in countries like USA with high rates of illiteracy and inadequate education support, cultural analogues might be an easy way to communicate the same ideas

Tinykin is part collectathon, part Pikmin, all cozy.
There's no enemies or boss fights - just rewarding exploration and excellent level design, all enjoyed at your own pace.
Tinykin is the kind of game I want to buy for my friends just so more people will know how good it is.

+1 for Mission Hill. Not enough people are familiar with the exploits of the Grübermeister.

100% I would like Silksong less if it was an easy game. The difficulty is part of the feeling I get while playing it.
But at the same time, if it was built as an easy game, I think it's okay for me to not like it and not play it.

I'm not fully satisfied with my choice of words, because I don't like the idea that the opposing side is anti-artist or anything. But I think a lot of the arguments I hear unintentionally are.
However, the conversation is not a monolith; many people are approaching it from different viewpoints.

If you ever end up turning that into a public Google Doc or something, I'd love to reference it.
