I had a fabulous #book signing for Small Business Saturday at Watermark Book Company in Anacortes, WA! We sent a lot of signed copies of The Everyday #Naturalist out into the world, and I got to hang out in a really cozy #bookstore. They still have a few signed copies left, in case you missed today!

If you weren't at last Friday's Sip & Dissect #owl pellet class at Experiment in #Portland, you missed out. We had a great time picking through these little bundles of #bones and crud, and we unearthed so many tiny treasures! Look at these absolutely minuscule vole phalanges (and bonus rib) I found!

Spent 3 hours in the cold and rain today with Ozark Rivers Audubon picking up litter along the north end of the #Nature Center, including mulched-up fiber optic cable (!) We managed to mostly fill a good-sized dumpster! #volunteering #Missouri #Ozarks #environment #environmentalism #conservation

Had another fabulous #BookSigning last night at Skylark Bookshop, Columbia, #Missouri! Great crowd with lots of excellent questions/observations. Plus I got to sign the door that all signing authors get to sign, which was REALLY cool. Skylark has a few signed #books leftover, too. 🌿 💙📚 💡📚
