Thank you for this. 💔Feeling the same and hadn’t really even articulated it for myself until I saw your video. Last year was… a lot, I got through it by hoping this year would be better, & now… it’s still a lot. (& my younger kid is sad about our special summer time ending, which doesn’t help! 😭)

Thank you for this thread! My kids are the only people who mask at their schools and I’m the only person at mine. Parenting is so hard anyway, and then with all this… what a world for them to try to grow up in.

And I just… what world is this that we’re teaching kids to practice laying down on the classroom floor so they don’t get shot through the walls at school? 😫
